Literary Allusions

Neil Gaiman is a fantastic writer even if he spends most of his talent in what is probably the poorest written entertainment medium of them all - comic books. His book Coraline was excellent, but this quote from an interview he did in 2005 is that much better:

"...Hollywood executives really love the smell of their own urine and what they really like doing is urinating on things. And then going, 'Hmm, now this smells really good' and being really puzzled when the rest of the world goes 'No, actually it smells like pee."
