Rate are as follows:
Estimates will be charged a flat rate $50.00 which will be applied to the total cost of repairs. A proper estimate will require partial disassembly, inspection, and may involve searches for parts. It will certainly take at least 2 hours.
Labour rates are $25.00 per hour.
Shipping will be charged as billed by the shipping service. For most small radios a $15.00 handling charge will apply, however, larger components such as console radios may incur higher costs.
In certain circumstances (very valuable / fragile equipment) personal delivery will be necessary: this will be charged at $15.00 per hour plus expenses.
Special order components will be charged at cost plus reasonable markup. You may decide to order the parts from the supplier yourself if you wish to avoid the markup; as of now my volume is not sufficient to get discounts for quantity.
