Barbara Armstrong

Cellist Barbara Armstrong was born in Australia and began to study cello at the age of 11 in Regina, Saskatchewan. After receiving a Bachelor of Music in cello performance, she played professionally with the Regina, Saskatoon, Windsor, London, and Canadian Opera orchestras. She has held the position of principal cello with the International Symphony Orchestra since 1982. Her teachers have included Raymond Hoffman (Regina) , Daniel Domb ( Toronto), Malcolm Tait (Toronto), and Professor Herzbruch (Musikhochschule in Cologne, Germany). Barbara teaches in the Catholic School System in Sarnia, but also maintains a private teaching studio. She has appeared as a soloist with the International Symphony on numerous occasions as well as in many solo recitals. Barbara has been part of various chamber groups and has been with “Vivace” for many years.

Randy Dibblee

Randy Dibblee was born in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island where he started violin lessons with John and Jenet Clements. He obtained a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Western Ontario where he studied with Robert Skelton and Lorand Fenyves. He has been Concertmaster of the National Youth Orchestra and has performed with orchestras in London, Kitchener, Windsor, Toronto and Charlottetown. He is currently a music teacher in London, Ontario and has been Principal Second Violin with the International Symphony Orchestra since 1997.

Jackie Pritchard

Jackie Pritchard was born in London, Ontario. She studied with Robert Skelton and graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Music with Honours in Performance in 1981. She has been part of the London Concert Players since its inception and has played with the International Symphony Orchestra for over 20 years.
