Left Photo Shows a roll of SS Banding I intend to use as my loop counterpoise for the antenna. |

Photo shows the SS Banding Strap counterpoise which will be installed just below the surface of the soil once the cooler weather arrives.


I dropped the antenna for inspection Feb 6 2012
It takes less than a minute to lower the antenna and the same going back up.

This is what 50 feet of vertical element looks like on the ground
