Week 12 – “Where has the Time Gone?”
Wow .. where has the time gone? It is the end of the year already.
This has been a great year .. lots of pranks .. lots of laughs .. and for me .. lots of bruises and lots of pain.
And lets not leave out my constant sense of ‘lost’. Actually, I am quite happy I made it through the year in one piece.
Brit and Tiffy had a great time at school this year. They look forward to grade 5 and 3 next year. This year they had a lot of laughs and they are very happy how close our family got during my valentine’s day prank (last week’s journal).
Brit and Tiffy also had some growing pains learning the difference between bad, untrue and unhealthy friends .. and loyal true friends. Let’s not even talk about a few of their parents .. ouch!!
Next week summer vacation starts .. and so do the water balloon fights .. marshmallow roasts .. swimming .. lots of soccer .. and the cottage .. CAN’T WAIT!
Thanks to all the teachers who have made this such a great year .. we all look forward to seeing you again in September. Have a great summer vacation.
The school has promised that all the construction will be done by September .. ohh .. so much confusion it has caused myself and many others. I look forward to it getting finished.
So cheers .. to summer holidays .. and the friends and family we will spend it with. See you all in September for a new school year.
