If you live in Canada, I've included product pages that order from Amazon.ca so you can see Canadian dollar prices and get faster shipping, but you can still order from Amazon.com too, although some products, mostly electronics, might not ship to Canada. Amazon.com links are included too, for everyone else and because they have a better selection. There is also some other third party links for stuff not availible on either.
