In the Tom Newsletter, I update my loyal readers on the places I visit, the books I read, and the things I do.

CURRENT EDITIONS

Recent photos include:

There are video and photo newsletters of my trips to Japan in July 2007 and South America in October 2008.

Recent editions include video and photo newsletters of my May 2008 trip to Saint Martin and Martinique in the Caribbean, and my November 2006 trip to Austria, Slovenia and Slovakia.

And in October 2006, I published a three-part edition (although they were written over many months!):

  • Part 1 | Tom goes (in November 2005) in search of Swiss Chalet sauce in Switzerland, picking up shoes in France and shirts in England while in the area
  • Part 2 | Tom spends the Victoria Day long weekend in Mexico City
  • Part 3 | Tom endures “Pave Michigan Week” as he drives to Chicago and Milwaukee for a July weekend

RECENT EDITIONS » ON THE WEB

  • April 2004 | Tom covers his post-Christmas road trip to the U.S. to take in some aviation history, his jaunt to Stamford, Connecticut in March to return to the American Crossword Puzzle Tournament, and throws in a whole whack of book reviews
  • April 2003 | Tom frees himself from the yoke of procrastination to write about his car (hint: it's Swedish), report on travel to New York (twice), Houston, Cleveland and Chicago, recap a bunch of movies, and review 20 (count 'em 20) books including his Booker Prize Spectacular
