A cozy dining room is adjacent to the kitchen The eastside of the property has a concrete patio with a barbecue. |

main sitting room faces north and the St. Lawrence river. The
sitting room exits out to the large, elevated waterfront deck.
This is a great place to enjoy a colourful, summer sunset over
the St. Lawrence River. |

The sun room is on the
far westside of the cottage. Sliding doors separate the sunroom
from the adjacent sitting room and dining room. This room can
also be utilized as an additional sleeping area for larger groups
as the couches pull-out into beds. |

The property around the cottage contains many splendid gardens. Part of the shoreline is sand beach. The beach is a wonderful play area for children. Many guests who enjoy kayaking, windsurfing or other watersports use the beach as a launching point for their activites. |
