Meat Cutting Course / Butcher Course
This unique course will give you not only theory, but important speed and accurate skills in order to start making money for your employer upon your initial placement.

You will cut commercial volumes of beef, pork, goat, veal, lamb, wild meats (in season), and poultry.

You will have the skills to immediately compete against experienced meat cutters
