It was snowing and messy before we left Toronto, and this was the green gunk that they sprayed on the plane to de-ice it before takeoff.

This is Eric and Wendy on the beach at the Beaches Turks and Caicos resort in Feb. 2011.
A few times we were able to relax in a hammock (with a pina colada, of course).
This is one of those very rare moments when Adam and Parker sat next to each other and actually looked like brothers. |

Adam appears to be happy that his brother was no longer sitting next to him. He did smile on this vacation, although it was difficult to capture with the camera. |
Parker loves the new hat that his aunt gave him. He barely took it off for the whole week of vacation.
Adam went open water scuba diving almost every day with his aunt and uncle. The water was warm enough for him not to use a wetsuit. He saw turtles, sharks, puffer fish, lion fish, and rays.
The Beaches resort is for families - Elmo dropped by while we were having lunch.
When it was too hot to sit in the sun, we usually sat in a gazebo near the beach.
Adam had fun at the water park, especially the surfing simulator.
Since Eric can't stay away from aviation, he and our friend Murray took a tour of Providenciales Island in a Bell 206 helicopter.
Wendy definitely enjoyed the snorkeling and seeing all the fish and coral.
Parker enjoyed the beach more than anybody.
Reading our books in the sun.
Wendy and Parker keeping out of the sun - Adam was usually off scuba diving.
Parker loved the pools since they were not very busy.
Wendy even did an aqua aerobics class in this pool a few minutes after this picture.
Eric snorkeling not far from the beach.
Parker and Wendy snorkeling.
Adam snorkeling from a boat. Yes, his hair did glow this colour under water.
Melanie and Adam scuba diving.
There were many brightly coloured and curious fish where we snorkeled.
This view from the plane as we left to head home shows the reef and calm turquoise waters near the beaches of Providenciales Island.
Below are some more scenes from our resort.
