All-Section Winter Camp 2002
January 19-20, 2002 - Camp Manitou

One of the highlights of the Scouting year at 15th Burlington is the annual All-Section Winter Camp. Held this year from January 19th - 20th at Camp Manitou, the camp was enjoyed by Beavers, Cubs (from 10th and 15th), Scouts (from 6th, 10th, and 15th), and Venturers with joint activities through the weekend. While there was little snow at home in Burlington, there was more than enough at the camp. On Saturday evening, the group got together for a full turkey dinner with all the trimmings followed by a group campfire.

We kept busy during the weekend playing some games with the Venturers, making birdfeeders with the Cubs, having breakfast with the Scouts and tobogganing down Knob Hill. Thanks to Jason "Google" van Veen for his great campfire program.
