Here is a useful site. It shows a training ride I like to take in the Hamilton area. Go there and take a look and then set up your own Routes. Kinda fun.

I took a ride out of Ellicottville NY with a friend and fellow skier by the name of Michael Flemming, here is the Route we went on. Some climbs but really great downhills.

In 2002 Bob McAllister and Bob Kirk rode their Bikes from Whitby Ontario toChicagoIllinois. $35000 was raised for a Charity the Whitby Rotary Sunrise Club Supports.

Here we are on the Toronto Lakeshore

We made it in six days. How you ask ?

With a little help from our friends.

Three years later the proceeds resulted in this building

In 2008 Another group from Whitby Sunrise plans to ride from Vancouver to Calgary. Each of the scheduled 15 riders will be spending about $3000 of their own money (plus bikes and accessories) to raise funds for this school in the town of CONSUELO in the DOMINICAN REPUBLIC.

Hamilton was very proud to host the 2003 World Championship Bicycle Races. I had the pleasure of being on the course all week driving a Media Van.
