Every day The Society of St. Vincent De Paul, in Peterborough and Lindsay, help hundreds of people trying to overcome poverty, homelessness, substance abuse and domestic violence. Your contribution helps improve our world by helping one person at a time.
The Society's Goal
The aim of the Society is to relieve the suffering of those in need, regardless of race or religion. Material or moral help is given through person-to-person contact by members to individuals or families. Assistance is essentially local and it is adapted according to the particular needs, places, and circumstances.
