A number of enzymes that are important for signal transduction function when bound to the cell
membrane. The activity of these enzymes is regulated both by the properties of the membrane
as well as by specific signaling molecules and their location within membrane domains.
We are interested in the molecular mechanisms of the regulation of the activity of
these enzymes by lipid components.
