All products must not be redistributed (Freeware or Licenced) by any party other than the author without written permission. Please do not redistribute.

If you would like to use the programs for commercial purposes or would like to use the PRO features, please purchase a licence for the product that you would like to use. This will give you, in addition to the added features, the satisfaction of knowing that you have contributed to the development of the program.

If you would like to distribute my program as part of a magazine or other promotion, please feel free to contact me.

Your money is in no way to be considered a purchasing fee for the software. A licence purchase grants you permission to use the additional features of the program. Multiple licences must be purchased for multiple users.

All money transactions are made through PayPal. Prices are in Canadian Dollars. Credit cards are accepted. E-mail addresses and licencing information will be kept for legal licencing reference only. If you are receiving spam that says its from me, DO NOT OPEN IT! I will only send e-mail if you specifically ask for a response, or if an issue you have reported needs my attention. I don't waste my time sending trash!

The author reserves the right to refuse and cancel any licence purchase before it is issued and refund the purchase amount without explanation. Licence purchases are not refundable!!! DO NOT LOSE YOUR ISSUED LICENCE!
