My Fee
I operate my service for a daily rate payable at the close of each day unless other arrangements have been made. My rate depends on several variables including:
Location (to determine travel and lodging expense)
Office Hours (evenings and wknds will impact lodging expense)
Auxilliaries (number of hygienists I would be supervising)
Dates Needed
