All our beds and pillows carry a two (2) year warranty from the date of purchase.

What's covered?

1. Fabrics: In the event that that the fabrics wears due to normal use we will replace the bed free of charge.
2. Stitches: In the event that a stitch opens up anywhere on the bed or pillow we will repair or replace the bed with a new one at our discretion free of charge.

Simply contact us by email and let us know what the damage is and we will make arrangements fro the return, repair and or replacement of your bed. You must include the receipt of your purchase at the time of return with a simple explanation for the reason you wish to return this product and or work required.

Keeping the bed near a heating vent in your home is safe and should not pose a threat. however It is not recommended to leave this or any item purchased from POOCHCO exposed to any source of extreme heat such as an open flame as it may be a fire hazard and cause harm or even death. Outdoor use in fine weather should pose no problem as the beds are fully machine washable. However long exposure to the elements may damage your bed and void the warranty.

All POOCHCO's products are not made to be consumed! It is highly recommended that you keep an eye on your pet to make sure they do not consume any parts of any of our products as it may cause your pet harm or even death. Our products are made solely for external use. We will not be held responsible for any medical consequences should your pet consume any part of POOCHCO's products.
