Over 13 years experience in the financial services industry with the last 5 years specializing in I.C.I. lending with a large trust company. Five years "in house" residential and I.C.I. appraisals for underwriting purposes. Types of properties consisted primarily of strip plazas, light industrial buildings small office buildings, multi residential units and residential development projects.
