PAT DEL SORDO, HON. B. COMM, AACI, PLE, as the president and owner of Humphreys Appraisal Services Inc., Pat is an Honours Commerce graduate of McMaster University. He has been appraising since 1987 and has 1 year of financial accounting experience. Prior to entering the appraisal profession, Pat worked for both public and private accountants involved in doing business valuations and other financial analyses. He belonged to the Certified Managerial Accountant Association (C.M.A.). He has successfully completed all of the course requirements of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and in March of 1994, received his accreditation.

TONY ZINGARO is an economics graduate of McMaster University. Tony was employed in the financial services industry for over 13 years with 5 years specializing in I.C.I. lending, which included regularly completing internal property valuations for underwriting purposes. Tony has been with the firm since 1996. He is a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and is nearing completion of the education requirement of his AACI designation.

CATHERINE MARTIN has been with the firm since 1994. Her main focus is residential appraisals, however she also maintains our Research Library, assists with data collection and report preparation. Catherine is a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and is nearing completion of the education requirement of her AACI designation.
