Died of Typhoid Fever at the Niagara Falls Hospital.
Caught it from her daughter, Mrs. Harry Dunn to whom she was nursing.
Her son Fred Smerdon also had it.
She came to Canada at age 13 months.
Was a member of the Church of England (St. John's in Thorold)
Lived in thorold untill the death of her husband, then moved to Stamford.
Survived by her children, Minnie - wife of George Foster. Gertrude, wife of Harry Dunn, Alfred of Detroit, Arthur of Stamford and James of Merriton.
