General Information
SCOUTER CLUB MEETING TO ALL THE LEADERS, GROUP SCOUTER, & GROUP COMMITTEE MEMBERS, YOU ARE INVITED TO THE FIRST
SCOUTER CLUB MEETING OF 2003 - 2004 SCOUTING YEAR.
The meeting will take place at:
The Church of the Incarnation - 1240 Old Abbey Lane (off Dorval
Drive on the NW corner)
At 7:30 p.m. On Sunday October 5, 2003.
At that time we will have ready and will be discussing for the:
Cubs: Sixer- Second Camp for the Weekend of October 24, 25, 26, 2003.
The training that will be available for the Cub Leaders.
Scouts: E&E Tuesday November 4, 2003. Be hosted by 7th Trafalgar. Being
organized by Tom Birchall & 7th Trafalgar Leaders.
Ventures & Venture Advisor: Could they Please attend, we are looking for
their assistance in the Training. As discussed with some Advisor, there are
Ventures looking to assist in the Sixer-Second Camp, wondering if the
Ventures are available to the Area to come in and assist on meeting
nights for training. As in the Ventures run a meeting and the Leaders are in
training. Would like to know what the Venture would like to do this year and
what the Area can assist them with.
