These two postcards are taken from the same vantage point but in different years.
The card on the left is pre Rankine Power Station. In the card on the right you can
see the Rankine Power Station in the background, the reduction of water over the
Canadian Falls has caused the right side flank of the falls to dry off. This is a good
example of how the power plants have affected the falls.
