The Fix
The Problem, with at least 121 early Nonsuch 26’s, is that we used 1/8 lifeline wire with a double nicro-press eye top and bottom. The upgrade available is pictured in “The Fix”. The toggle jaw would not fit the 26 because of the close proximity of the pin to the top of the head casting. This arrangement gives the same “universal type” action. We also increased the size of the wire to the same as the NS 30’s for added assurance.
