BMS Twitter Export allows you to log into Twitter and select a date range of Tweets and export those tweets and their associated TwitPics to a folder with an HTML file and downloads of your TwitPics.
Just download the ZIP file below (Right-Click Save Target As...), expand the contents into any folder and then run the executable.
Then follow the steps in the diagram below.
