Size - 20 to 25 mm.
On the wing - June until the end of July.
Range - Coast to coast.
Host plants - Grasses.
Favourite habitat - Damp areas.
Special notes - This Skipper overwinter (see overwinter larvae) in it's larva stage.
T which feeds on grasses. As an adult it nectars on flowers particularly those of the pea family. It then starts to fly in June until the end of July.
