Size - 25 to 30 mm.
On the wing - Late May until the middle of July
Range - Primarily southern Ontario and Quebec. Scattered in western Ontario and south eastern Manitoba.
Host plants - The larvae feed on various grasses.
Favourite habitat - They can be found in a wide variety of open habitats.
Special notes - This is a fairly uncommon Skipper.
