Hickory Hairstreak

Size - 20 to 30 mm.

On the wing - End of June until mid August.

Range - Southern fringe of Ontario.

Host plants - Hickory, Ash, Hawthorn and Red Oak.

Favourite habitat - Woodlands and edges.
