Range - Southern Manitoba, central Ontario, southern Quebec to Nova Scotia.
Host plants - White Asters.
Favourite habitat - Damp areas.
Special notes - More prevalent in the eastern part of Ontario this butterfly can be found nectaring on Flat-topped white Asters.
