Mediation is a process led
by a trained third party neutral mediator to help parties
in conflict try to resolve a dispute. Decisions are
made by the disputants.
A mediator's role is to help the parties communicate
in a calm and courteous fashion.
It is also important that each party share their side
honestly and the mediator will assist in clarifying
their interests.
Linda will provide impartial and confidential conflict
resolution services for individuals or groups in conflict.
A Kingston Ontario mediator, she will guarantee to
work towards the best possible agreement between the
two parties and help them arrive at a mutually agreed
upon solution.
