Cottage For Rent

Need to get away from it all? Want to leave the city behind but be close enough that driving is not a chore? Then I have just the place for you...

Limbo is a 3rd Generation cottage located on Stony Lake in the Kawarthas, which is part of the Trent-Severn Waterway. Stony Lake is approximately a half an hour's driving distance north of Peterborough.

The cottage resides on an island (Fairy Lake Island - the largest on the lake) and is only accessible by water (privacy!). It sits on 1 1/2 acres of land with 150 feet of waterfront facing the Burleigh Channel. The property consists of the cottage itself, a sleeping cabin, a boat house and a tool shed.

Rental prices range from $850-$1000 per week depending on the time of year. Weekends are negotiable. Contact Austin Dumas or Amber Dumas-Hunter for further information and rental prices.

If possible, bring your own boat. However, if none is available, there are marinas in the area that can rent boats. There is also a water taxi service that operates on the lake.
