I had just sold my 1975 Corvette Stingray when I spotted a two line add in the local newspaper, For Sale 1956 Chevrolet Bel-Air, good shape needs new paint, $6,995.00. I had $7,500.00 to spend so away I went. Love at first sight. This car was sweet! The interior was like new still covered with clear plastic seat covers. It ran great and was a real head turner. I was born in 1956 and so was this car. We grew old together for nine years.
