Algonquin

We received Algonquin (then Chloe) in April of 2002 from a family who couldn't handle her any longer. We promptly renamed her to Algonquin (Quin for short) after our favourite Provincial Park.
She has since become our baby. She'll "Go find Daddy/Mommy", and knows that with just a look she can get a treat or a pat. We often wonder who has who trained.
She loves to swim and even is getting pretty good at the canoe. She's got this habit of chasing the splashes off our paddles though so she'll jump from side to side in the canoe. She hasn't tipped us yet, but we've thrown out a back or two trying to keep us on top of the water.
