Goldwright Explorations Inc. is a greenfields exploration company that specializes in early-stage or grassroots exploration. The Company’s mandate is not limited to any particular commodity, allowing the Company the freedom to operate in areas that are under explored. The Company currently has an interest in six (6) unpatented mining claim groups in the Sudbury Mining Division, Ontario.
The following are the stages that the Company plans on implementing for the continued growth of the Company:
Descriptive exploration models are the basis for the execution of Goldwright’s programs of mineral exploration. The Company’s geological concepts are based on extensive research into current ore deposit types and the study of the ore-forming processes that lead to exploitable concentrations of mineral commodities.
The Company intends to devote much of its focus within Canadian mining jurisdictions. The Canadian provinces and territories, in particular the Province of Ontario, offer highly ranked geological and political environments in which to operate and carry out exploration. These jurisdictions tend to have exceptional geotechnical and archival databases that the Company can fully utilize during its conceptual and exploration planning. In addition, operations in Canada will in-part allow investors to reap the benefits of certain tax advantages as provided by the federal and provincial governments and as offered from time-to-time by the issuance of flow-through shares by the Company. HISTORY OF THE COMPANYGoldwright Explorations Inc., a Canada Corporation, was incorporated in March of 1997. The Company purchased properties in Janes and Clement Townships, Sudbury Mining Division, Ontario from the Wright 1996 Grubstake and property in Nairn Township from Messrs. Wright, Rastall and Crick. Preliminary exploration was carried out on the Janes Township property in the fall of 1997 and staked additional property in Kelly Township at the same time. The properties in Janes and Kelly Townships were optioned to Pacific North West Capital Corporation (PFN-CDNX) in June of 1998. This represented Pacific North West Capital’s first entry into exploration and development activity in the Sudbury – River Valley area of Ontario. Encouraging surface exploration completed by the Company on the Janes Township property on behalf of the option partners prompted Pacific North West Capital to assume an operational role in the exploration of the property prior to a full equity investment as called for in their original option agreement with the Company. In June, 1999, Pacific North West Capital optioned their interest in the property to Anglo American Platinum Corporation (Anglo Platinum). Those companies have earned a combined 25% interest in the property. Additional properties were staked or otherwise acquired throughout the Sudbury region during 1999, 2000 and 2001. Property in Davis Township was optioned to Minera Capital Corporation (MNL-CDNX) in December 1999. MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANYBrian J. CURRENT PROPERTIES OF THE COMPANY
Goldwright’s recent exploration activities have focused on the potential of the Nipissing Gabbro (or Diabase) to host copper (Cu) and nickel (Ni) mineralization containing significant platinum group element (PGE) tenors. Elevated cobalt (Co) values are also considered to be of interest in some properties.
Highlights of these current mining properties follow: Chiniguchi River (Janes) Property

Wabagishik Lake Property Previous workers have indicated the presence of Ni-Cu-(Co)-bearing sulphide mineralization associated with Nipissing Gabbro on the property. Assays reported in the assessment files indicate that the sulphide mineralization was in general only tested for base metals, so the PGE-precious metal potential of the mineralization remains mainly untested. Also, the reported geophysical work is usually of the electromagnetic (EM) type which is not suited to detecting disseminated mineralization. Kukagami Lake Property The economic potential of the Kukagami Lake property is related to the possible presence of Ni-Cu-PGE mineralization within the lower part of the Nipissing Gabbro sill on the property. There exist six (6) target areas of possible disseminated sulphides identified by a Spectral IP survey. Previous geophysical work has generally featured magnetic and electromagnetic (EM) surveys. EM surveys are not effective in detecting disseminated mineralization which is best indicated by induced polarization (IP) surveys. Lithogeochemistry in conjunction with whole rock analyses may also be useful in identifying anomalous areas of metal concentrations in the Nipissing Gabbro sill. There is approximately four (4) kilometres of strike length of the Nipissing Gabbro exposed on the property and it is considered that approximately the lower third is the zone of greatest economic potential. This property, like Chiniguchi River, was under option to Pacific and Anglo Platinum; those companies have earned a 25% interest in the property. Chiniguchi North and McNish Properties The economic potential of the property is based on the potential of the Nipissing Gabbro to host Ni-Cu-PGE sulphide mineralization similar to that being actively explored on the Chiniguchi River property to the south. There is no evidence of prior work on the claims of the subject property. Davis Township Property Recent exploration work on the property carried out by the Company and Minera Capital Corporation (Minera) has consisted of linecutting, stripping, trenching, sampling and geological mapping over portions of both the East (Murray Lake) and West (Washigami Lake) blocks and magnetometer, VLF-EM and time-domain pole-dipole induced polarization surveys over a portion of the East block of claims.
