Thanks to the friendly folks at Hollow Sun, here's some new high quality samples for the Peavey SP.
I found their site while searching for samples on the 'Net. Boy, did I find them! Their page has all the great old gear I couldn't afford when it was new ... and I still can't. 8^)
However, with the Hollow Sun site and my Peavey SP, I can come pretty close. They have given their kind permission for me to make them available in .sp format on this page. The samples on their page are in Akai 5/6000 format, but the zip files contain Akai programs and .wav files (!) which are readily transferred to almost any sampler including, of course, the SP. This is pretty much all I've done as the files are quite wonderful as is. I'm offering some of them here as a quick and easy way to get these fabulous .wav files into your SP, and to draw attention to a -great- on-line resource.
