Mount Forest United Church Pastoral Care Team

The Pastoral Care Team members visit the congregation on behalf of the church.

Formed in February 2003, our purpose is to care for and reach out to others, the way Jesus taught. Meeting the fourth Wednesday evening each month, we give each other support, share concerns and discuss additions and changes to our church members and adherents records. 

We have divided the congregation into 12 districts - Rebekah, Paul, Isaac, Moses, Priscilla, Deborah, Abraham, Timothy, Ruth, Sarah, Aquila, and Lydia. We have two members per district.

We receive regular training on many topics, like cancer, depression, grief, and promoting a positive outlook, so that we are able to provide you with resources whatever your situation.

The Pastoral Care Team reports to the Membership and Fellowship Committee.
