We require construction drawings to scale, complete with site plan, floor plan, elevations, cross-sections, joist layout, and any other information specific to the work required.

We do not sell or price heating equipment. We are therefore never limited in the scope of brands that can be included in our designs. We keep up to date with most national brand specifications.

System design and documentation pays for itself by reducing installation costs as well as saving busy professionals time and money. Designs are tailored to your specific equipment and the constraints of the home or building. All designs are produced in triplicate with additional layouts for site and office use. We use state-of-the-art software and archive your work for future reference and or technical support.

Drawings may be sent by courier, Xpresspost (usually next day), or email if in .pdf format. We return out of town drawings by Xpresspost at our cost. Please print and attach the Design Information Sheet . Scan and email if you are sending electronic documents. Call for a price list; we always confirm pricing before we start.
