Bishop Ryan Catholic Secondary School has, probably, the most successful and extensive wrestling program of any high school wrestling team in Ontario. The Bishop Ryan Wrestling Team has been a dominant force at the Ontario Highschool Championships (OFSAA) level for over 4 decades. Those who join the celtic wrestling program quickly realize that it takes a great deal of practice and commitment to be a successful wrestler. They also learn that you need to develop a love for the sport to stay with it for a long time.

The Bishop Ryan program has fostered the development of many high-school level wrestlers that have gone on to become top National, International and Olympic level wrestlers.
