Furnished, non-smoking, four bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, 1500 sq.ft. home. The ground floor has a kitchen, dining room and living room and a South facing "solarium". The second floor has four bedrooms and an office on the enclosed porch. The finished attic is one large room of about 500 sq. ft.

References required; non-smokers only; no pets.

Fully furnished, it has a full kitchen, a small back yard, and a canoe. There is off street parking for two cars in the front. The house has a wired and wireless network and includes a TV and Tivo. There is no phone service (we are taking our vonage.ca phone device with us).

The house is available from the end of August 2009 through the start of July 2010. Rent is $1475 per month plus utilities.

Over the last year, our family of four has had electricity costs of about $95 per month, gas costs of about $92 per month, water/sewer costs of $70 per month. Currently "High Speed Internet Standard" service is provided by the cable tv company along with "Classic Cable" service costing about $78 per month.
