| The first thing I do each
morning soon as I wake is wash up and shave--not a bit out of the ordinary,
huh? This here's the bathroom. I like lots of big mirrors! Hum, I guess
morning's not my "handsomest" time of the day! Well, we'll fix that--a
little soap, some toothpaste and some fancy brush and comb work on the
"curly corkscrew" hair! |

After washing and getting
dressed--maybe I'll wear this satiny, plaid blazer--I like to "take my
tea" for breakfast while relaxing on my bed. I don't go for the formality
of sitting 'round a breakfast table--anyway, I can't eat very much so early
in the day. Care to join me in a cuppa tea? Usually I look at the newspaper
during breakfast. I like to keep up on what's happening in the world! |

| After breakfast,
the really hectic part of my day begins. I almost always have to dash out
of the house--either for interviews, picture-taking sessions or some kind
of business meeting. It's all very exciting and stimulating but quite tiring!
Why don't you come along with me today? When we get back, I promise I'll
show you 'round the rest of the house. |

| That sure was a busy afternoon!
Think I'll get out of these clothes and slip into somehting a bit more
comfortable! My pet passsion is colorful, kooky t-shirts and I not only
have loads of them, but I'm constantly changing from one to another.
Do you like this "smiley" one? Let's settle down in my cozy little living
room. My bookcases are just overflowing with books--I love to read!
I'm also the proud possessor of a groovy gold disc for my song Bang
A Gong and I display it right on top of my bookcase. It makes
me really happy when people dig my records enough to go out and buy them.
Know what I mean? |

About this time in the
afternoon I like to relax by listening to some good music. Elton John is
one of my favorite songwriters and musicians--his LP Madman Across The
Water is really inspirational. |
|
|
| Matter of fact, I think
I'll do a little composing of my own right now. How do you like this guitar?
I have quite a few guitars, but this six-string "folk" one is my favorite
for writing songs. Of course, when I'm performing on-stage, I use an electric
guitar. |

Wow! Can you believe it's
this late already? I've had a wonderful day--with such charming company,
how could I help but? I'm really sorry the day had to end so soon. But
I'll dream of you, Luv! Till then, keep boogieing. |
