Access Control

Using the latest technologies we can allow entry and egress (exit) to your facility to authorized personnel only. Our systems ensure that keys are never duplicated, and provide records of who used any door at any time. If keys are lost or stolen they are simply taken out of service with a click of the mouse. If someone attempts to use a lost or stolen card, the system will deny access, log and even notify you of the event.

Lighting Control

Turn your lights on only when you need them. If only it was as easy as it sounds. Avoid lights coming on too early or too late because of offset timers due to power outages. Have your indoor lights turn off or on when your security system is armed or disarmed. Have your outdoor lights turn on when the light level falls to an unacceptable level and turn off by a schedule. We could even automatically turn on lights when a security camera or motion detector detects movement.

Digital Video Surveillance

We can provide systems to digitally record your facility’s activity for your peace of mind. If you already have an analog CCTV system it can be easily upgraded without changing the existing cameras. The benefits of having your video digitally recorded are as follows:

• The system can be set up to record continuously, on alarm detection or Detection of motion.

• Recorded information can be reviewed more efficiently by automatically selecting the date and time in question, or by selecting a specific location in the video image and searching for a change of that location in the image.

• You can also view any of this information on all of computers on the same network or even remotely via the internet.

Energy Monitoring & Management

Our systems can monitor your utility consumption and determine peak usage times, which can help to identify inefficiencies in your facility. Efficient operation of equipment can increase lifespan and identify potential equipment failures.
