·         Mitzvah - learn to move with ease and comfort.

Mitzvah is gentle bodywork and movement that improves posture. Mitzvah Teachers are trained to help you discover what you are doing on a daily basis that is creating pain and discomfort to your body. In a Mitzvah exercise or movement class you learn many ways to release tension and stress throughout your entire body. Mitzvah is also very gentle bodywork that is experienced on a massage table. It works on the deepest muscles with very little pressure. Clients learn to change their faulty postural patterns and they gain a new awareness of how to use their body more effectively and efficiently every day.

Danella has clients with chronic fatigue, chronic pain , whiplash, fibromyalgia, arthritis, migraines and many other muscular and skeletal problems. Danella had sciatic pain, migraines and whiplash for many years, she was in constant pain, something she believed she was going to live with forever. After several Mitzvah bodywork sessions and faithfully doing certain exercise everyday the pain was gone and has never returned. She decided to learn the Technique and has been involved with Mitzvah for the past 10 years. She was trained by the creator of the Technique, Nehemia Cohen in Toronto. There is a book about Mitzvah at the Peterborough Central Library written by Nehemia.

Danella's email is danellahesler@aol.com and she will have a website www.mitzvah.ca up by the end of Sept 04
