Established 1987 - Celebrating 25 years of Yoga! The Humanistic Yoga Centre offers a warm, intimate and supportive environment in which to explore the practice of yoga. The Centre offers a range of classes for students from beginners to advanced. Classes run from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Our Teachers are certified with Namaste International and Esther Meyers Yoga Studio (500 hours) and registered with Yoga Alliance. They have studied with the Centre's founders, Dr. Bill and Irene Beer. Workshops are held on a regular basis and suitable for students and teachers.
