Bio: Sigmund der Schwarze von Wolfhalden, is a Swiss Crusader born in the year 1275, in the town of Wolfhalden Switzerland. Although the first born son of the Lord, he was considered the black sheep of the family, and did not measure up to his father's expectations. In his 13th year he met, and was recruited by a Templar Knight named Peter de Sevrey, who would become Marshal of the Templar, and left home to go on crusade, leaving his younger brother to inherit his father's title and lands.

He joined the Knights Templar and under the strict rule and training of the Templar, he found his calling. He served in the Kingdom of Jerusalem, in the city of Acre until just before the city was taken by the Sultan Malek-Aschraf and his army on the 28th of May, 1291, where he was reassigned to the Contingent in Sidon. For the most part, the Kingdom of Jerusalem ceased to exist, and when most the order left the Holy Lands for France, and their many other holdings, he left with them. He served in the Aragonese province of Rossillon until reassigned to the Rennes-le-Chateau area in southern France. This fresh detachment established itself on the summit of the mountain of Bezu in the Pyrenees mountain range, erecting the castle, Le Château du Bézu . The Templar contingent at Bezu was under the command of Seigneur de Goth until the Order was dissolved by the Pope on the 16th of October, 1311. Instead of joining Order of Hospitallers as many other of his Templar brethren did, he decided to travel to Scotland with a few of his fellow Templar Brothers. It is in Scotland where he met his wife and decided to settle and raise a family. His wife, a Scottish noble woman, named Gwenhyfar, of the Stuart clan, has given him a Son and 3 Daughters. His son is named Marek, his three daughters Roslinde, Aurelia and Aislynn. Although the Templar Order is disbanded, he still tries to follow the rule in most things and remains proud of his Templar origins
