Part of the Iron Doves battle division, the Badger Ground Assault Vehicle (GAV) represents A.C.E.R.'s fast insertion solution to smaller, urban environments. Like the rest of the Doves, the Badger's small size allows it to traverse the narrow alleyways and streets in any modern metroplex. It's 4 wheel drivetrain and open chassis also enable it to handle most off-road terrains as well.

With one driver, the Badger offers complete environmental containment and can operate completely submerged for up to 4 hours drawing on it's independent atmospheric tanks and deut-slush fuel cells.

Like many A.C.E.R. platforms, a universal weapons rack accepts most defensive packages, allowing for mission changes either in the field or at base. Specific packages are also available, such as the twin Ion mount, operated by an operative on the back platform. Also pictured is the cylinderical neurostun emitter w/enhanced sensor package for mass crowd control, and a mounting of the native Sprite plasma rifle/mag pod suite.

A compliment of 1Badger is standard configuration for an Iron Dove deployment.

Notes: Like the rest of the Doves, I wanted to make a system of small vehicles that could be inserted into any trouble spot on short notice. The goal was to make them as small as possible, and still fit a fig. The Badger was heavily inspired by Jamie Neufeld's Kodiak.
