After the destruction of Titian Industries, the need became clear for a rapid reaction and investigation department that could be employed decisively at times of corporate or military threat.

As Toradoch Systems rose from the remains of Titian, the first development was the A.C.E.R. department whose primary goal was to protect the intrests of Toradoch Systems and all it's subsiduaries with all defensive and proactive measures at it's disposal.

A.C.E.R.'s first mission was to determine origin and purpose of the alien strike force that had destroyed Titian. The complete lack of alien casualties and captured hardware gave the specialists little to go on. Some new information has come to light, giving new life to the investigation.

A.C.E.R.'s parallel mission is the thwarting of all Terran and OffWorld espionage, and in some case, sabotage. Using a team of specialists known as the Custodians, any attack or otherwise felonious act against Toradoch is met with retribution, both subtle and decisive. An array of conventional and prototype equipment and platforms are used by the Custodians to engage all that would pose a threat.

A.C.E.R. is Toradoch Systems last line of defense.
