1.  All members of the Good Time Cruisers shall at all times have public insurance on their vehicles.

2.  Club meetings shall be held once monthly and all paid members shall have the right to a secret ballot vote.

3.  The president and all executives of this club shall not have the right to make any laws or decisions unless approved by the membership that are present or with a sealed written proxy at that club meeting.

4.  A new slate of officers shall be elected every year.

5.  This club shall operate as a non-profit club.

6.  Any person wanting a membership in this club, must have a special interest in cars.

7.  Membership fees are $20.00 per year. Dues shall run from December to December of each year. All dues must be paid by May 1^st of each year. If dues are not paid by the stated date renewing members will be charge a $5 surcharge otherwise membership to this club will be revoked.

8.  Any member that does not comply with the club rules will be given a first warning and then the member may be removed by a membership secret ballot vote.

9.  Any member that does not comply to club rules could be asked to leave the club activities at that time by a club executive.

10.  If a member is dismissed by the membership at any time, he /she shall return the membership card to the club.

11.  We strongly require that no members or invited guest do any burn outs or tire squealing at any time. You may do so (at your own risk and liability) once you are on public street, but not near club activities or meetings.

12.  The 50/50 draw money will be used to buy door prizes each week.

13.  The home of the Good Time Cruisers (Cornwall) shall be located at the East Court Mall 1390 Second Street East in Cornwall, Ontario (Zeller’s parking lot).

14.  Any of the above rules and regulations can be amended by a secret ballot vote at a membership meeting.
