Jordan Ringette Rocks Again

The Jordan Ringette U-12 team captured the silver medal in the Petite B Major Division at the 34^th Annual Cambridge Ringette Tournament held January 2-4, 2009. The girls defeated Cambridge 8-4 and tied Markham 3-3 to finish first in divisional play. They advanced to the semi-finals and beat a determined Markham squad 7-3. The championship game was fast paced with many scoring chances and exciting plays but in the end the girls were defeated 8-4 by Elora-Fergus. Congratulations to Tamara Edwards, Emma Stevenson, Kylie Fast, Sydney Lessard, Abbi Vail, Rachel Hamm, Anika Coates, Katie Waugh, Joslyn Galloway and Alex Jeffrey for their outstanding effort and team spirit.
