Ottawa Fit is very pleased
to introduce Sports Nutritionist,
Lucy Wainwright
Background: Lucy is a
two-time Olympian having competed in K1 at the
Athens and Beijing Olympic Games, making the
final each time. She has recently moved to
Ottawa with her husband who is a sports
administrator.
Education: Lucy holds a Bachelor of
Science, Masters of Science and an International
Olympic Committee diploma in sports nutrition. |

Starting in January 2010, Lucy will be taking
on a limited load of clients. She will work closely
with these individuals to develop a nutritional approach
that will bring out their best at home, work and sport.

- What to eat and drink before, during and after training
- Understanding how your immune system works and the best
fuel sources to use.
- The workshop is suitable for all levels whatever your
goals are for next season or you may just want to have a
happy healthy winter.
