Megan
Delaney
Megan is a C.O.R.E. Level I indoor cycling instructor, who
is thrilled to be able to escape the shackles of her office
desk chair to motivate others in their quest for lifelong
fitness. Passionate about both music and cycling, Megan aims
to connect with her students uniquely ensuring nobody gets
left behind, regardless of goals or experience. Her motto is
simple “Don’t go for normal, go for happy. Go for what you
want life to be instead of settling for what is”. Life is a
series of revolving doors, so keep exploring! When not
teaching (or working), Megan can be found trekking through
the woods on foot or bike, road cycling, swimming, “trying”
to run, or playing in recreational sports leagues with her
friends and family. She embraces the sentiment “Train to
Play”.

Nathan Dubo
Always active (running, boxing, strength training), Nathan
was introduced to yoga practice in 1992 while working on his
Master’s degree in Comparative Religions. Now, as the owner
of a small business, he knows the importance of finding ease
in body and mind despite the ups and downs that come our way
in life. A regular meditation practice in the tradition of
Vietnamese Zen Master Thich Nhat Hahn, brings greater focus
and mindfulness to his more active Hatha Yoga practice.
Nathan believes that, like life, yoga is a balance between
between striving and letting go, peaks of effort followed by
the need to release and restore energy.

Amanda
Neilson
Amanda has spent over 10 years working in Social Services
supporting people and assisting them in working towards
their true potential. Now she is moving into a new realm and
has begun providing opportunities for people to experience
yoga and all its positive benefits.
After injuries from a car accident prevented her from
participating in traditional athletics, Amanda began
practicing yoga. Not only did she find yoga physically
accessible yet still challenging, she experienced an
attitude shift from one of “wishing things were different”
to accepting and enjoying reality as it is in this moment.
She can’t help but teach from this perspective, making her
yoga classes a space for challenging and accepting
limitations and personal growth.
