Geordie has introduced hundreds to the sport
of triathlon over the last 8 years as a
coach. He prides himself on the

triathlon science and make it work for
athletes of every level.

After a successful career as a collegiate
runner, Shannon has taken the local tri
scene by storm. This past season she
was outright female champ at two local

fast! With tremendous talent, humour
and lots of personality, Glen's class gets

When we found out that one of our fastest
swimmers also had a background in swim
instruction, he quickly got drafted into our
team! Neal leads our Thursday night,
advanced swim group and makes sure they
churn it up. |
